You must be crystal clear on the compensation plan, it is your responsibility to understand how it works, do not blame your upline or leaders. If you are not clear, you must ask them. For uplines or leaders, you must keep track of your downlines and let them know if they have missed out on something that they should do.
Network marketing is a people business, it is about communication and when mistakes happen, people tend to lay blame and make excuses. Be man enough to take responsibility for your mistakes. Mistakes are learning experiences, they are there for us to learn what not to do! Many network marketers make this common mistake of not understanding how the compensation plan works and when they realize the mistake, it may be too late to correct the situation.
If you want your business to grow you must ensure your leaders do meet at least once a week, or else you don’t have a business!
